It all began in the heart of our home in Southern California—three sisters, hands covered in glitter and glue, giggling over squishy textures and wild scent combos. What started as a messy hobby quickly became a magical ritual. The kitchen turned into a lab. Every evening was an adventure. And every batch of slime told a different story—from cotton candy clouds to birthday cake sprinkles.
But it wasn’t just fun.
One of our daughters, who faced sensory challenges and found it difficult to focus, began using slime as a way to channel her energy and calm her mind. We watched as she relaxed, became more grounded, and expressed herself through every swirl and stretch of slime. It was a turning point—not just for her, but for all of us.
So, in 2024, we turned the girls’ passion into something bigger. We built Poppy Mello Slimes as a family—not just to sell slime, but to share something meaningful. A place where kids’ creativity could shine. Where play meets purpose. Where everything is made with love, not machines.
Every single slime on our site is dreamed up by the girls themselves. They design the themes, mix the textures, pick the colors, and create the scents. Some are inspired by holidays, others by desserts, moods, or even their favorite songs. They invent it all—with hearts full of wonder and hands full of slime.
And behind the scenes? Mom and Dad are right there—helping with the design, business, and shipping. It’s messy. It’s loud. It’s beautiful. And it’s ours.
